Various sorts of organic accelerators, which are used in rubber compounding, are usually dependant on activators such as Zinc Oxide. Our ranges of Zinc Oxide White Seals are being processed with the help of fine technology and depending on the kind and amount of accelerator present; they are able to delay the onset of cure without expanding the complete curing time. These are provided in various forms and on account of stronger activating effect, the amount of this substance required for the same modulus is less with regard to ordinary Zinc Oxide. These are provided at industry leading rates and lead to transparency of the vulcanizates on being added in small and moderately large amounts. They are effectively tested on different quality standards and cause no changes in the colour of the vulcanizates.

 

Applications:- These are used as activators in : 1. sulphur cures 2. peroxide cures (often) 3. sulphurless metallic-oxide cures. Used as crosslinking agent for lattices with reactive groups and for CR. Suitable for following types of rubber- Transparent goods i.e. injection caps, condoms, gloves, lab. appartus. Rubber foam Highly elastic vulcanizates (spring components).

 

Packing: (25 kgs) we pack them in new laminated H.D.P.E. bags with loose polythene liner inside.
